Everything DiSC 363® for Leaders utilizes a 360° feedback assessment to help leaders reflect on their use of a broad range of highly effective approaches to leadership. An in depth leadership profile provides insight and specifies three strategies for development. Satori Consulting Inc. can help fine tune specific leadership approaches and practices through a full debriefing and ongoing coaching. Leaders respond to a two part online assessment which includes Everything DiSC assessment and a Leadership Behavior section targeting their perceived personal leadership outlook. Team Assessments

Workplace conflict can be productive or paralyzing. Conflict triggers different emotions and behaviours in each of us. Since conflict differs depending on the people and situations involved, there is no one answer to make it productive. The Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict program recognizes that your responses to conflict situations are in your control. Rather than focussing on conflict resolution, this workshop targets the reduction of destructive thoughts and behaviours so that conflict can become more productive. The Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict Assessment and Profile provides an in-depth 20 page, personalized report that highlights techniques to improve self-awareness around conflict. The online assessment portion takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and produces a workplace specific profile report. The workshop is designed to be a half day interactive session.

Conflict is a natural, albeit challenging component of human relationships. The TKI is designed to measure a person’s behaviour in conflict situations. “Conflict situations” are those in which the concerns of two people appear to be incompatible. In such situations, we can describe an individual’s behaviour along two dimensions: (1) assertiveness, the extent to which the person attempts to satisfy his own concerns, and (2) cooperativeness, the extent to which the person attempts to satisfy the other person’s concerns. These assessed behaviours can be used to establish methods of handling conflicts. The TKI has been a leader in conflict resolution assessment for more than forty years. The TKI is an online assessment that takes about 15 minutes to complete.
