What are workshops and assessments?
An assessment is a validated tool that gives each person insight into their style, strengths, and blind spots. A workshop is a facilitated session where your team learns, practises, and applies new skills together. Used together, they turn individual self-awareness into better teamwork, communication, and leadership.

How do you choose the right assessment?
We start with the outcome you want, not the tool. In an early conversation we learn about your team, your goals, and the challenge you are trying to solve, then recommend the assessment and workshop that fit. Because we are certified across many tools, the recommendation is driven by your needs, not by what we happen to offer.
How long do assessments take?
Most assessments take between 10 and 25 minutes to complete online, and each produces a personalized report your team can use right away. Workshops range from a single half-day session to a series of shorter modules, depending on the program.
