Satori is proposing to launch a nationwide research program to understand changes in your member attitudes, motivations, channel behaviour and financial circumstance coming out of the pandemic.

Coupled with a program of ideation and action planning, and your regular planning process, this program will help to ensure the health and growth of your organization.

Participants Will Receive:

• A report of the primary research findings identifying attitudes and behaviours coming out of the pandemic and in the future including insights and implications for your value proposition.
• A comprehensive workshop for the senior management team designed to synthesize the learning, identify specific issues for your credit union and begin the process of ideating actions for the next planning horizon. Optionally, a series of ideation and alignment workshops with select members of the credit union team can be added.
