Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict

Workplace conflict can be productive or paralyzing. Conflict triggers different emotions and behaviours in each of us. Since conflict differs depending on the people and situations involved, there is no one answer to make it productive. The Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict program recognizes that your response to conflict situations is in your control. Rather than focussing on conflict resolution, this workshop targets the reduction of destructive thoughts and behaviours so that conflict can become more productive.

The Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict assessment and Profile provides an in depth, 20 page, personalized report that highlights techniques to improve self-awareness around conflict.

The online assessment portion takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and produces a workplace specific profile report. The workshop is designed to be a half day interactive session.
