Don’t miss this unique opportunity for your Future Leaders to benefit from hands-on learning that is not just another training program, but rather an opportunity for each participant to craft their future, design their own leadership style, and try new things in a safe space with an Executive Coach by their side.
2024 Future Leaders Curriculum:
The 2024 program will span over 12 months with 5 half day training sessions coupled with homework and one-on-one Executive Coaching. The coaching is focused on locking in the learning through self reflection and application. Our curriculum is based on a model of awareness of one’s self, learning, practice, commitment, and accountability for change, and the five core curriculum themes are:
- Leadership Values
- Being an Agile and Effective Leader
- Building Teams
- Shifting from Operational to Strategic Leadership
- Stretching the Boundaries
In addition, each participant will complete an Everything DiSC® Agile EQ Assessment
